Every site is completed using our bespoke Quality Control auditing system which is live throughout the duration of the site and the warranty period. This is managed by our team which consists of an Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Quality Control Manager, Customer Care Manager and our Contract Managers.

Lush Mechanical hold Gas Safe Registration which not only allows us to carry out and notify Building Control of gas installations it allows us to access up to date technical support and advice.

IFC Certification
IFC Accreditation demonstrates Lush Mechanicals competence in sprinkler design and installations showing our compliance with regulations and insurance requirements. IFC demonstrates that we have the knowledge and skills ensuring systems meet industry standards and fire safety objectives.
RSA
RSA shows that Lush Mechanical are competent, independently verified, and meet the relevant safety standards for designing and installing residential sprinkler systems in the UK. Accreditation assures developers that we select a product and service that fulfils all necessary safety requirements.
At Lush Mechanical, we’ve made a significant investment in our own in-house training centre, meticulously designed to mirror the environment of a new build property.
Our seasoned trainers, with years of experience in new build projects, offer Apprentices and Trainee Plumbers the chance to explore advanced aspects of plumbing and heating early in their development journey.
From mastering unvented cylinders to delving into heat pump technology, our comprehensive training programme equips apprentices and Trainee Plumbers with the skills needed to thrive in their careers.
Lush Mechanical is based in Owslebury which is a few miles outside of Winchester. Our office was originally a farm building but after years of being abandoned we rebuilt it keeping as much of the traditional barn as possible allowing open spaces with wooden trusses throughout. Our Office is also ‘off grid’ with Solar panels providing the majority of our power throughout the summer months.
The off-grid system consists of 19 PV panels and a specialist designed off grid battery system. We also made use of an original rainwater harvesting system which we believe was built over a 100 years ago.
We made sure the building was insulated and re-built to a very high standard and used modern LED lights throughout. We installed underfloor heating and the end result was that we were one point off of achieving an A* rated EPC certificate.
